Gie's a job

The good news is that the daughter has managed to get herself a job. A local store asked the school if any pupils would like to apply, and she made a speedy application, performed well at interview and went for a training session this afternoon.

As she was a bit nervous before she started, she did what she likes to do, which was to resort to baking before she went.

I'm hopeful that getting a job will mean that she starts to appreciate the value of money. Her first thought was to start saving for a car... How many Saturdays will that take?
