Free at Last!

It was quarter past ten before I left the office. Just wanted to get as much done as possible before I go on holiday. I left a sign on my PC just to make sure everyone in the department knows I am off, and hopefully they will not cover my desk in paper before I get back.

Got home to an empty house, as G had gone to visit a friend. Me and Rocky went for a walk, and then I emptied the washing machine and filled the tumble-drier. Decided that since the Bandits are coming tomorrow (Dyson man is going to pick them up about 11) it would be a good idea to go to Tesco tonight and get the shopping in. This will leave us free for some kind of an adventure with them tomorrow afternoon.

After I laid everything away I had a bottle of beer and some crackers with very smelly blue cheese; mmmmmmmmm.

G is home and in bed now, having had a wee drink or two. Time for me to join him. God Bless Friday night (although technically it is now well into Saturday morning!).
