Strawberries n'chocolate

Last of summer food fling. When you're tired of strawberries and cream - hard, I know -give these a whirl.

I didn't quite have the right sized moulds to make a dainty job, but I couldn't wait to try the idea out anyway. The centres were meant to be soft but I didn't quite dilute the mixture enough to get a liquid...next time. This will do for now.
