Diamond tile cutter.

I bought this some 15 years ago rather than hire one as I was laying an area outside with natural slate. From memory it was about £50. Since then it has also done 3 houses (internal kitchen/bathroom tiling) and further areas of external slate work. The chrome finish is deteriorating as expected but it is still working and cut the tiles needed for the bathroom next door Nd in all that time I've only replaced the blade once.

Not a bad purchase really and it now owes me nothing whatsoever. Would a similar purchase today last the same I wonder......
