Isaac loves sucking lemons, but his most favourite bit is making me try some too!

Today-

- Trip to Hitchin to collect two deliveries and choose some party shoes for Amelie. We got some but I realised they were hurting her when we got home so much to her dismay they are being swapped...
- Home for lunch, watching Frozen (Isaac was even attempting to sing along!)
- Plqying outside, hanging the washing up and a bit of garden destruction (Isaac decapitated my Autumn crocuses)
- Amelie helped me make dinner, put the peelings in the bin then asked to Hoover!
- a run for me, 6k but I attempted interval training,..never again! Ugh!
- Bath, dinner,bed, zzzzzzz
