Survivor!

During the recent floods this plant was washed out of the ground and dumped with everything else round the side of the house. It had grown to one metre plus and looked worse for wear, but as it was a special plant bought at Beth Chatto’s garden near Colchester several years ago I chopped it down to about 6ins and stuck back in the ground. I was surprised to see this growth so soon!!

A day of sewing and polishing, very productive!!
