Day 9. Down By The Lazy River

Andy had a run this morning then we both went to the gym. First time this holiday and I regret not going sooner....it's surprising how unfit you can become in such a short while.

We headed for the lakes and Yellowstone river as it was a very short drive away and we had a match to watch later today.

It was really nice just wandering around in the beautiful sunshine and looking to see what we could see in the river.

Just over this bridge are pathways that lead to the Yellowstone River. The paths are dirt tracks really and I was worried that we might see a rattle snake which we are always being warned about. I didn't see a rattle snake but I did see a really lovely frog.

At first we thought we thought we were going the wrong way. But we just kept going and there we were at the edge of the Yellowstone River.

We have driven over it and next to it but this was the first time we sat by the waters edge with our feet in it.

We threw coins in and made wishes :)....I so want mine to come true.

We then went on to the match which was another draw 2-2 this time.....lovely to see Tom again....he played really well.

Then it was home, quick change and out for dinner.

Once again a really good, full day.
