Faraway castle

Went over to Larbert today to collect some rhododendrons from a friend. After driving back through Plean I saw Stirling Castle in the distance and thought I would have a go with my new Sony bridge camera. It's not a substitute for my Nikon DSLR but it's smaller and lighter and has a 50x zoom.

This isn't a good picture as it was hand held and I was standing on a stone wall, but the castle was 4 or 5 miles away, so with a tripod it would have been much better, I think.
