Back to front !

When we visited the Lauderdale Play Park a couple of times with our grandchildren last week I noticed that there was a fine show of flowers in the formal gardens in front of the park and thought it might provide an opportunity for a blip. So I popped back there today with a telephoto lens intent on framing a flower against a background of defocused flowers. Sadly the gladioli (at least that’s what I think they are) were not looking their best and in some ways I think the background actually wins out against the subject of the picture.
