2 votes in the referendum..

Lovely day today, with just 1 mm of rain in the gauge this morning, and no rain today..

Been down the croft weeding, tearing out some old salad leaves, and borecole, and then started weeding the cabbages.. Did a harvest for the hotel, and delivered by myself as G was doing Aerobics in the village hall.

Back home to cook tea, beans and scrambled eggs on toast for G, while I had smoked haddock, and mushrooms fried with brassica salad. I was going to have some runny scrambled egg on top too. But the fish was overcooked (I drove down to the hall to pick G up) and resembled shoe leather. The egg cooked too quickly and was overdone for me. G's was OK, but mine was a disaster.

Then went out to get a pic of the sun setting, but was too late, so I've ended up with this shot. G has booked up to go and see her mum, and only realised after that referendum takes place while she's away. So she's applied for me to be her proxy vote.. So I can make my cross twice. Too important to miss out on this one..
