I hate waste! So for lunch
today we had leftover meatballs in tomato sauce recycled into tasty bolognese with crusty bread and butter! Not much left as you can see! The tomato sauce was recycled from our homegrown tomatoes, with a couple of our own chillies and garlic thrown in too! The bread was homemade courtesy of my husband via our bread making machine ;-) All our peelings go into the compost bin as do our garden waste and grass cuttings.....we do try to do our bit!
