Leeds Festival chic!

We are on our way to Heathrow on the East Coast line. (Staying overnight for a flight early tomorrow morning.)We have treated ourselves to First Class which was probably a good idea as it is very busy with Bank Holiday travellers and Leeds Festival returnees! (It wasn't that expensive, cheaper than they announced it as an upgrade option!) Sadly steerage all the way after this!

We were early at Leeds station so whiled away an hour with a coffee and people watching, especially those returning from the Leeds Festival which has taken place over the Bank Holiday weekend. Wellies were ubiquitous and covered in mud. Some even had plastic shoe protectors over their wellies, maybe to protect buses etc.
It reminded me of returning from Bristol some years ago. Trains were cancelled due to flooding in South Yorkshire so I had to travel the next morning accompanied, it felt, by the whole of Glastonbury Festival! Never seen so much mud!

This guy definitely seems to have his own style. No wellies here, he appears to be just wearing tights but still muddy, perhaps it kept his feet warm!
