Life rocks...everyday!

Fine dining...homestyle

We started looking at our schedules for the day, week, month and the next several months while enjoying a garlic chicken wrap at Rutabegorz.(our Monday lunch tradition). An exciting spring is unfolding for us. A trip to see our grandaughter in Texas for Peggy, maybe a sail to Catalina to see our son Miah. Stagecoach country music festival in April. Blip opportunity's abounding!
This week, however, we are separated Tuesday evening for my openmic and Peg's USC class. Wednesday starts my Basic Cooking Class at The Laguna Culinary Arts school. Thursday I have an English Literature night class. So this is it! The only evening home together this week. We both have studying to do and Peggy will have The Bachelor on starting at 8, so we broke out the standard home cooked meal- in-a-hurry. I grilled the Alaskan Salmon while Peggy made the creamed spinach, mashed potatoes and I think we are having some Tapioca Pudding(I saw the box) for desert. Even though we are eating on the end of her work station, and there won't be alot of time for dinner conversation, it is still another(one of tens of thousands) quiet dinner for myself and my bride.
