Bath time

It's wet but I've just been out to get the bins and it's warmer outside than in. The bird feeders are choc-a-bloc with bedraggled birds and then, of course, this pigeon is hogging the bird bath and keeps nodding off.

I think our friends' daughter has the worst PR job in Formula 1 right now, trying to cope with Rosberg and Hamilton. Mercedes may be well ahead in the constructors' championship race but they haven't won it yet and Rosberg didn't do the team any favours. I don't believe he hit Hamilton's car deliberately but had he apologised, it would have avoided all the unnecessary fall-out. These are grown men earning a ridiculous amount of money.
