Welcome to my den

This is my den. If I disappear and I am quiet I can normally be found here. It's the corridor/door to the garage. Today I took my rocking horse, my pram, my cuddly snake, my handbag and snack. I had great fun playing feeding my horse some grapes and blueberries.

Today mummy was due at the hospice. So daddy was up early to look after me. I had a snooze in the car on the way. When I woke up daddy was with me but mummy was working. Daddy took me to the cafe. I had my bobo and my fruit snack.

Once mummy had finished we went to grandad and grandmas. We didn't think they were home yet but we got a surprise as they were home. We went on to see them. I gave them both huge hugs and kisses. I have really missed them. They brought me back a present, a singing dancing bus. I was scared at first but kept switching it back on then running away.

Tonight of course my bus has come to bed with me. I gave it a kiss and cuddle before I got in to bed for my story. I was a bit upset at bed but settled myself. Mummy came to check on me and to remove the bus incase I set it off dancing during the night. Mummy was glad she checked on me as I had a stinky nappy. Very rare for me to have a horrible nappy at bedtime. Hope I'm not coming down with anything - a late horrible nappy is a warning shot to mummy.

So I'm trying to rest as I have an exciting day tomorrow. I haven't first day at play group! Mummy says I am a big girl now. Oh I am So excited.
