A capital day out

Into Mahon this morning and a lovely trip round the huge port in a glass bottomed boat (didn't see the grandkiddies for the whole trip as they were down in the base of the boat!). Some fantastic multi-million euro villas round here, and some beautiful yachts - how the other half live!

Lovely tapas for lunch on a hillside overlooking the port, then a walk around the historic part of the town. Crazy little streets hardly wider than a pavement, one way systems and no left or right turns (son has been very annoyed whilst driving this week!), and then we lost the car park! Never mind, helped us to see more of this lovely town. Large free car parks in a town centre - can't complain!

Lots of blip opportunities today, but liked this view of the port through an old archway.
