Big Roo and his family.....

In a paddock near our Redgate home were around thirty kangas grazing on the green grass in the evening. We have a big kanga we call "Big Roo" who visits our front lawn at night.

Try large and spot the willy wagtail on the kangaroo's back.

They can be quite adolescent and still hitch a ride in their mother's pouch as you can see the one that is about to jump in when they sensed me taking the photo above.
