Battle of Britain Fly-Past, Newport

It was an interesting day of the NATO Summit celebrations yesterday.

First of all i couldn't decide whether i really wanted to go out, but with a push from the boss i was finally off. Firstly i wanted to see the Red Devils parachute down into Rodney parade to hand over the match ball to the ref. After that i met up with a friend, in a coffee shop of course, and had a good old natter. Then it was off to see the displays only to find out they were all shutting up shop, rather early i thought. So it was to be a long wait until the fly-past (3hrs actually) but i think it was worth it.
