Storm Clouds Gather, Old Swan Library, Liverpool

Opened in 1913, substantially refurbished and re-opened in 2006. Now threatened with closure, 4/11.
The strap line below Old Swan Library on the sign reads:"Liverpool Libraries. Love your library." That's what I call irony.
