Thatched Cottage

This remains one of my favourite cottages in the village of Stoneleigh, Warwickshire. It overlooks the small village green and what would at one time would have been the Old Blacksmith's Shop. The village itself is worthwhile visiting as it contains many half-timbered and thatched cottages, as well as some lovely almshouses and terraced cottages where workers from the nearby Stoneleigh Park would have worked. It also has a lovely Church and riverside walk.
