DAY 12..... BEACH DAY.

J and K joined us for a yogurt breakfast in our temp apartment (see yesterday's blip for explanation) before we packed up and headed back to The Isalos.....everything is so laid back and casual...our room wasn't ready for ages, there were no tea making stuff, no sea view and no air con and The Rev has lost his £300 glasses!!!! aarrghhh looks like another bad day.

We weren't getting quite upset but in usual Greek fashion all was sorted eventually....even the glasses turned up in the evening!!! left in the temp place!!!

We did enjoy a day on the beach by the hotel and in the evening went up the mountain by bus on a scary windy road to the Hora..the old capital town....we enjoyed a meal up there and came back at night....

#stunning views at you can see....we are staying on the right of the bay and the little town is a 5 minute stroll on the left.

TODAY'S SMILE: Johnny trying to sell us sweets for €1 to collect for Sue's earring fund....he has tried selling pebbles and sun cream too!!
