Day 2 MSUB Soccer Team

This is the soccer team. So many more players than last year, which is good as they have to fight for their places and they also have subs.

The boys all get together for team dinners. They are hosted more often than not by parents of one of the local soccer boys. Pre season they have two or three team dinners and lunches per week. It helps the new boys settle in and it's a lovely social event. If any overseas players parent are around we also get invited. I take my hat off to the hosts. They cook for around 35 people at a time and fund it themselves. Amazing Montana people.

I was loaned a car today for our use over our holiday. It's a huge car. It's like driving a bus. It came in very handy for our trip to Walmart to buy Tom some draws and a laundry basket....he's still living out of his suitcase.

It was nice to drop it off and see the house he is living in.

Back to his house on Thursday for a team dinner. No the boys are not cooking. One of the boys parents are over from Guernsey and it's her sons 21st so she want to host a party for him. Looking forward to that. X
