Ups and downs

Work work work (despite incredibly slow computer connection in the office for some reason) then nipped out to see improvised Austen play at lunchtime.
More work then down on the bus to a jolly session with Val McDermid at Book Festival. Having been sunny all day the clouds were getting threatening as I sat on the bus and it chucked with rain as I walked to Charlotte Square. Rounded the day off with dinner at The Honours. Very nice!
