Handing on the baton

Much better sleep last night but ridiculously felt more tired all day!
Basically just work work work all day, but at the end went to farewell and welcome reception for retiring and new Principal at the conservatoire. Lovely setting (Old Parliament Hall, since 1700s used as space for advocates to walk up and down with their clients!), good music and jolly speeches as well as chat with various people.
Home and our houseguests made dinner-a very delicious spag bol. Nice evening after a very long day
