Cigars

Christmas fruit mince cigars so don't light them ;-)

They're late rather than early in case you're wondering if I'm preparing for next Christmas. I intended making these around the time I had 'the nettle incident'. After nearly 2 weeks on the go today was catch up day and they finally moved from raw ingredients in the fridge to finished product.

They looked kind of odd, at best ordinary stacked like logs on a plate. I don't think I'll be serving them in wine glasses but they served a purpose and I like the lensbaby effect.

Maybe I've stumbled upon a blip theme of slightly odd and unexpected subject placement ;-)

I'm having a few computer problems tonight and don't know how far I'll get at commenting.
