Solway Firth

It was a lovely day today. Our legs were still tired from yesterday's exertion so we awarded ourselves a rest day by the seaside.

We headed up to Allonby where the low tide made the sand flats look very impressive.

Only hiccup was when my glasses fell apart so a detour via Vision Express in Carlisle sorted that.

Off to the Theatre by The Lake this evening
