Holiday - day 8

No real improvement on the throat :( but determined not to let it stop me enjoying our holiday!!

J had spotted a boat trip in Dartmouth yesterday, & after looking into it thought it'd be a really good idea!

As I was in no state to be walking up hills, a trip back to Dartmouth it was for lunch & a 2 hr boat trip to Slapton Sands.

WWII Heritage Ship ‘Fairmile’ took us out of the river and to sea. We saw beautiful scenery and had the best commentary, a perfect way to enjoy our last day in devon!!

We wound our way back through dartmoor in the last of the days sun, it looked beautiful as ever!
The boys enjoyed a drink & apparently 'the best burger & chips ever' at the warren inn, a pub set right in the middle of dartmoor, with just the best beer garden views ever!!

Whatever was wrong with me took a turn for the worse, no food for me... Gutted to say the least!!
