Spectacular lights in the sky

What a relief as my interview was concluded this afternoon and went well. I was able to relax and go out for dinner and drinks with some friends from work. My holiday has begun! As I was saying my goodbyes and heading home fireworks were set off from the castle marking the end of the first Tattoo performance. I've seen fireworks displays many times before but it has never stopped me from feeling like a kid when I see one, like somehow it's a special moment created especially for me. I took quite a few pictures so it was fun to decide which one to use for my blip. I like the cool colours in this one and how the black building tops are silhouetted against the sky.
