It seems a bit too soon to be seeing these, surely we are due another few weeks of summer?

Spent quite a lot of time today downloading software and trying to help Iain to get his computer working. No joy, nothing appeared on the monitor (which insisted on going to sleep) though everything seemed to be connected. We need some expert help :(
