The alien invasion has started!

We went to the allotment, today. A week is a long time to leave it, at this time of year. Especially after all the rain we've had.
I was relieved to see that things had not got too far away from us.
M picked two marrow-sized courgettes and a good couple of meals-worth of French Beans. I tidies some paths, cut some grass and did a load of weeding.

The pumpkins are now about football (soccer ball) size, and the tendrils are taking over the entire front third of the plot... ;)

This is the Nigella flower which I blipped a fortnight ago...
