Reading the international best-seller

It's written by Kathryn Bryant, my sister, and since it has been bought by people in Britain, Sweden and America it's definitely "international" and a "seller". Best seller? It's been doing well on the relevant Amazon lists so in my (not entirely impartial) eye's that makes it a best seller too.
I only got it yesterday so I'm not so far into it but I'm impressed by it's practical approach so if you feel you need to make changes in your life take a look.
