Karl Ove Knausgaard

Karl Ove Knausgaard has written his "My Struggle" series - difficult to describe, a "fictional memoir" where most of the characters have kept their real names and lots of memories of Knausgaard's life (childhood to adulthood) are remembered and re-told at great length - in a very short time. Sometimes he goes on and on and on but even the boring bits are compelling and engaging.
I just need to read on as he is talking about something that I remember so well going through myself (teenage angst, being a parent to lots of young children) it sometimes reads as if my thoughts and feelings in those situations have been brought to paper through him for me.
And I hope that some scenes have been embellished (or made worse) with a novelist's licence.
