Lovely Surprise

When we got back from holiday this flower had appeared on the otherwise rather dried out balcony. I had given up on this plant but it looks like it is extremely hardy and happy with next to no water which is wonderful.

However, today I went to buy two bags of compost and will add new compost to the old boxes on the balcony and re-pot all of the house plants that are just about surviving at the moment.

I have just downloaded this app onto the iPad and think it's wonderful. I hop this will encourage more frequent blipping.
