Me, me dad & some Jim Lambie

Outrageously Pittenweem unfriendly weather today. So we didn't end up in Fife. We stayed put. The little one is deffo a bit under the weather. So just as well.

In the afternoon, I took my dad to see Generation stuff at various galleries around Edinburgh.

My favourites are Jim Lambie at the Fruitmarket and Katie Paterson at the Ingleby.

It rained. The whole time. I took him to see the Collective up Calton Hill anyway. It is an impressive location. AND there were actual young people in the Ross Sinclair installation playing the guitars!

There are some ace umbrella holders in the National Portrait Gallery by the way. You get your own little key and everything.

Tomorrow is set to be busy. I'm tired just thinking about it.
