Calm

Teens and uncle were shovelled in to the car with minimal signs of waked-upness, to catch the early ferry. Uncle off to get ready for a gig; teens to be driven to Scotch Corner to be handed over to their mum for another holiday! We've had fun and seem to have packed a lot into five days.

So, for the butler and me, a drive from Ardrossan to Scotch Corner and immediate return journey, although stopping at Mainsgill on the A66 for lunch. Blimey! Left the cottage at 07.20; arrived at neglected garden house at 17.30.
