from strange black caterpillars to these beauties. well OK this is a tortoise shell and my caterpillar photo were peacocks, but who cares, butterflies seem to be having another good year! caterpillars

The moors are just glorious at the moment, the heather is in full colour and it was a delight to be out on such a lovely sunny day. Such a shame the forecast is so awful for tomorrow.
