Cheap petrol

The Leyland Comet Regent petrol lorry is finished. Well almost finished, you always find bits to correct when you photograph newly completed models close up.

Outside Ronnie's Garage the old Wolseley 18/85 was abandoned months ago, still waiting for parts whilst the Jaguar SS has been serviced and awaits collection after being topped up from the jerry can. A Morris 1000 takes some petrol - at around 1s/4d a gallon.
