Spring has sprung

Or so it would appear.

Mum was quite confident in approaching me but her young lad didn't seem quite so certain and hung back a little.

I went in to work early this morning. Seeing it wasn't a work day I didn't have to dress in 'work' clothes so I put my sports shoes on and walked! First time in a while. It was grey and ugly on my way there, but by the time I raised my head quite a few hours later it was a beautiful late winter's day.

I decided on a walk home and then a wee drive to clear my head. For some reason the car headed straight for the red barn where I had an excellent coffee in the sunshine (though it was only 8 deg C).
