Forgiveness

So Wesley has been out adventuring somewhere. His front legs are really dirty, instead of their sparkly white, they've been dirty grey for a few days now. I thought these cats cleaned themselves?

After much discussion on Facebook, I decided to try cleaning his legs with wet wipes. That didn't work. So I tried washing him in (a very very shallow) bath.

Suffice to say he didn't like it. In fact, I'm not sure he'll ever trust me again. I only wet his legs, but I have violated my cat's trust and I hang my head in shame.

It didn't really help with the dirty legs, but the good news is that he's now started cleaning them himself.

Poor Wesley. And on World Cat Day as well.
