Tinkster's baby

Cow number 200, Tinkster, had her calf mid morning - a wee heifer. Tinkster is son T's pet cow, and is turning 8 years old this year. She's a lovely placid cow, and usually the first cow to be milked in the cowshed. A good mother, she was keeping her eye on her baby, and followed her when the calf started wondering away from her in the paddock.

The weather is on the turn. Snow is due to fall down South. Hopefully it won't reach us and our new born calves.
