Harris Hawk

There I was cycling home from the station when I came across this pair sitting by the Basingstoke Canal. Well, I couldn't resist it. I don't often do people so I stopped to chat to him (the man that is). I have a feeling they might have been up to no good but I couldn't swear to it.
