Linlithgow Palace

We are seeing our fair share of castles and palaces this summer as today we took Rebecca and Fraser to Linlithgow. Although passed frequently I am not sure that I have ever actually been inside the palace before today. Very impressive it is too , this being the magnificent courtyard fountain against the walls of the North side of the palace .
A word too for the very capable young guides who are pupils from local schools... Lady Kate and Lord Adam were informative and knowledgeable about the building and its history.
