Surprise!

I love coffees at Muffin Break in Tamworth. I always forget about the smile in the cup till I get to the bottom.

A busy day with 4 specialists appointments between the two of us ( only 1 was mine though). Michael had a bone scan...has never heard of it before making the appointment. This is to check for rheumatoid arthritis.

Home now and hoping for an early bedtime.
