Lunch

When we go to see the Lappers we normally go out for Sunday lunch before starting the long drive south. We take both cars and each get a Lapper to ourselves for an hour or so.

The Punch Bowl is an old-established favourite, and was at its best again today. The weather hadn't improved, so this is a quick snap on the way out before the rain poured down again.

By the time we reached the south, (well, Manchester), the weather was fine and when we eventually got home after a slow journey, it clearly hadn't rained all weekend and the garden was parched.
