Ideas of going for a walk this morning went out of the window when neither of us fancied getting up early. Instead, we had a bit of a potter around the parades, before I went for a swim (the first one for a year), and then we settled down to watch the end of the men's cycling road race.

We've enjoyed those Commonwealth Games. Not sure what we'll do with ourselves now! I guess we might have to go and investigate the Festivals.
