Gaunt hand

A gaunt hand opens;
Palm upwards to hold the sky,
Ro0ts in deep dark earth.

.... Another favourite dead tree .... I have been looking at this tree for ages and finally got around to taking a picture of it .....

While on my walk I spotted a note laying in the wet grass .... the picture I got of it wasn't that good as it was through a fence and I couldn't get the right angle.... but I have put it on flickr ..Mama and Sophie
