Low-roads

Today my friend and I climbed Japan's longest staircase- 3,333 steps. It was tough, but easier than I imagined. Only took an hour up and 40 min down.
Afterwards we ate lunch and a friend of a friend's cafe and then started on our way back to Nagasaki. We decided to take to the low-roads instead of the highway, to save money, and because it's just so much nicer.

This photo was taken at a low-road rest stop. It has bathrooms, a small shop, vending machines and some nice views to enjoy while stretching your legs or playing on children's playground equipment.
