The Parade...

We had a lovely day today...
Our friendly hotel manager, Paris, had very helpfully given us a good "heads up" for enjoying the 4th of July parade. She also, very kindly, had phoned and booked us a table for breakfast at one of the best locations in town to enjoy the parade!
So we found ourselves well positioned for a view of the parade...
Given Naples history, there was a strong military history to the parade...
I chose this photo because it was a bit unusual but still quintessentially American!
In the evening we had a lovely meal at 1290 3rd South Street then headed
down to Naples Pier to enjoy the fireworks. A lovely last night in Naples!
