A better day

Thankfully today has been much better! We went to a pirate party this morning which was a big success - they had a treasure hunt which Henry thought was amazing and he hasn't put down the little telescope from his party bag since.

We both dozed off on the sofa when we got back (oops!) then nipped out to buy him a beanbag. He always wants to stand right in front of the TV so I'm hoping his new beanbag chair will encourage him to sit a reasonable distance away from it.

Late nap = bed refusal until at least 9pm so we're going to have a leisurely bathtime and then a bit of a play I think.
