Garvão

Heck, I love being abroad - here is the café in the small town in the Alentejo which will be our home for the next couple of weeks. Love these small white hilltop villages; love speaking Portuguese; love the way folk talk to you and exclaim over Zion - even the check-out lady at the big supermarket; love the olive groves and cork oaks; love the coffee and different foods; LOVE IT!

(No internet at our house, so will only be able to blip when we come into town - would be easy walking distance if my toe wasn't broken - but am still going to try to do it tomorrow. At the moment, got to rush as folk waiting for me - sorry about comments...)
